The Head Instructor,  Sifu

“Sifu” means teacher in Chinese. Philip Kao, born 1982, began studying Ving Tsun in 2003 under Pete Pajil. He became a special disciple with the name 梅平高 (Moy Pihng Go). From the beginning, his goal was to become a Sifu, and at the peak of his training he dedicated 40 to 60 hours each week to his practice.


Known for his commitment and clear teaching style, Sifu Philip Kao served as an assistant instructor at Grandmaster Pete Pajil’s school. His dedication to both learning and teaching has helped him guide students with discipline, patience, and precision.
