Siu Nim Tau

Siu Nim Tau – Little Beginning Idea

Siu Nim Tau is the first form and encompasses 70% of all Ving Tsun movement. Practitioner learns how the hands occupy the centerline and strong body mechanics.

Chum Kiu

Chum Kiu – Searching for the Bridge

Chum Kiu is the second form, encompasses 20% of all Ving Tsun movement, and teaches body mechanics of movement.

Bil Je

Bil Je – Emergency Hands

Bil Je is the third and final form and encompasses 10% of all Ving Tsun movement. Due to human error, practitioner may come off center. Bil Je teaches how to return to center as quickly as possible.

Muk Yan Jong

Muk Yan Jong - Wooden Dummy

Muk Yan Jong includes 108 techniques and the practitioner uses the Jong to practice techniques with precision.

Luk Dim Poon Kwan - Long Pole

Luk Dim Poon Kwan includes 6 and half techniques on a long pole. The practitioner learns to combine all the body’s energy and deliver it into a single point.

Bot Chom Doh - 8 Way Chopping Knives

Bot Chom Doh uses Ving Tsun knives in 8 directions and introduces advanced footwork.
