Lap Da teaches the transition from Quan Sau technique to grabbing technique.

Dan Chi Sao – Single Arm Sticking Hand
Dan Chi Sau prepares the practitioner for two arm sticking hand exercise and emphasizes constant forward energy.

Luk Sao – Rolling Hands
Practitioner practices rolling with no techniques to prepare for Chi Sau.

Jip Sao – Catching Hands
When our practice partner runs their hand, practitioner practices catching.

Jip Sao / Jow Sao – Catching and Running Hands
Practitioner practices running hand back to center when it is lead away.

Toi Mah – Push Horse
Practitioner is constantly pushed to learn to absorb energy into the stance.

Chi Sao – Two Arm Sticking Hands
Chi Sau is the heart of Ving Tsun training. Two practitioners practice all ving tsun techniques and concepts in this exercise.

Chi Gerk – Sticking Legs
Similar to how hands occupy center, the legs train to occupy center as well.
